Ford Shopping Tools: Build & My Folder
Project Type: Customer Facing Internet Application
 
I worked on two shopping tools that supported Ford customization. The old ‘build your vehicle’ tool was built like a form and did not have any accompanying visuals. I designed a vehicle configuration experience for one of our pre-launches that gave users instant visuals and feedback on package conflicts, paving the way for today’s build and price.  
 
My Folder was then developed to allow users to save shopping information including their improved 'build and price' configurations. My role was to refine the wireframes and integrate the tool seamlessly into fordvehicles.com.
