Project Type: B2B Online Portal with applications

Walmart.com interacts with many other businesses and a self-service portal was needed to facilitate some of those interactions enabling users to complete tasks that otherwise would take the time of a Walmart associate.

Inherent portal features such as secure log-in, a user management console, and modular home page with relevant dashboards were designed to be intuitive and easy to use even for infrequent users. The functionality is configurable depending on the user’s role and applications within the portal were built with cross-communication abilities that were not possible with the parent applications.
